The League of Women Voters of Henderson County announces its 2021 Short Video Contest with the focus on environmental concerns. All Henderson County High School students are invited to choose an area of environmental concern that they are passionate about and create a video that clearly and creatively informs the viewer on the topic. Prizes to be awarded are 1st $500, 2nd $250 and 3rd $100, with the deadline for entries October 15, 2021.
Judging the contest are Lynn Killian, Conserving Carolina; Mark Warwick, WTZQ; David Weintraub, Center for Cultural Preservation; and Suzanne Hale, Friends of the Oklawaha Greenway.
